Rakeback pool and rewards
The rakeback pool is a protocol-managed reward pool. It helps fund eligible player rewards, including VIP wager rewards, contests, and selected loyalty or cashback offers.
It is separate from your SweetHouse liquidity position. Depositing into SweetHouse does not give you a personal rakeback balance, and playing does not guarantee a reward.
When rewards are available
Rewards depend on the active program, your eligibility, and available pool liquidity. When Suigar has an offer for you, it appears in the Rewards page, Referral page, or the relevant campaign screen with its own amount, conditions, and deadline.
Some loyalty offers are direct cashback; others are comeback offers that require a stated amount of wagering before they can be claimed. Read the card shown in the app instead of relying on a past campaign's terms.
Claiming a reward
- Open the page where the offer appears.
- Check the amount, conditions, and expiry.
- Complete any listed requirement.
- Select Claim and confirm the transaction.
- Check your activity after it settles.
Claim windows are limited. Current loyalty offers show their own countdown, so claim before the displayed deadline. A reward can expire, be unavailable, or change if its program terms or available pool liquidity change.
Transparency and limits
Funding and reward movements are handled through Suigar's on-chain protocol. That does not make rewards guaranteed: programs can have eligibility rules, budget limits, and different terms across campaigns. The app always shows the current offer that applies to your account.
